Compensation for visiting faculty teaching a UW credited course at FHL is based on academic degree (Masters vs. Doctorate) and number of years since the degree was awarded.
Monthly, Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Rates
Actual pay will depend on appointment FTE. Following UW College of the Environment guidelines, FTE is determined on the basis of number of course credits, number of co-instructors sharing the course, and duration of appointment. FHL appointments typically range from 0.5 to 0.9 FTE.
