Reserving a Meal

Reserve meals online at FHL meals. We no longer have the clipboard in the Dining Hall for reservations.

Troubleshooting meal reservations:

I can’t make a reservation.

There are a limited number of spaces available for each meal. They are filled on a first come, first serve basis and once the spaces are taken reservations for that meal are closed.

 

Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance. If you miss that window the website will not allow you to make a reservation.

I can’t cancel my reservation.

To cancel your reservation, you need to follow a link in your confirmation email. Please keep confirmation emails until you attend the meal you reserved.

If you no longer have that email, please contact Laurie Spaulding at spauldla@uw.edu or Megan Connelly at meganc22@uw.edu to let us know you need to cancel.
